Salsa Rueda – Kieren Sharp

Salsa Rueda started in the 50s in Havana, Cuba.”Rueda de Casino” (or just “Rueda”) is a fun and exciting form of salsa done in groups. Apart from being fun (and at times hilarious) in its own right, Rueda is a great way to learn salsa steps and technique because all the moves have a name, and the repeated calling reinforces the students’ recall of the turns learned. This class will have you up and dancing in the Rueda circle by the end of the class. All moves can also equally be used dancing in single couples. Wear comfortable clothes, soft soled shoes, dance shoes or small heels.

This style is offered as a 6 week course commencing Friday 9th November.

Cost- $90. Pre bookings essential as numbers are limited.
