Class description
This class gives you belly dance with a touch of funk. Incorporating the traditional steps of belly dance, it teaches you how to move like a goddess to modern music. The class is designed to get you moving like a belly dancer, but to some of your favourite tunes. Belly dancing improves your fitness, strengthens your core and posture, builds confidence and lets you shake your best asset. The steps are taught at a beginner level, but all are welcome. Get ready to shake, twist and roll those hips!
What to wear
Comfy pants or a skirt, Bare Feet. Bring a coin belt for your hips.
