Jungle Body

Join a weekly dance fitness workout that combines easy-to-follow dance moves with fitness concepts, to improve your endurance & sculpt your body!
The Jungle Body® method is functional beat-driven training fusing Dance, Cardio, Boxing and Sculpting.
Each class will be set to a pumping playlist of Dancehall, Hiphop, Afro, RnB and more. Expect to leave dripping in sweat and buzzing with endorphins.
Open to all dance and fitness levels.

What to wear:
Supportive sports shoes or trainers are best for this class. Please bring a yoga mat for floor work, sweat towel and water bottle.
