Deborah dabbled in yoga in her 20’s but when she hit 30 she was lucky enough to be exposed to a great group of teachers that plunged her into a never-ending journey of love and discovery that yoga has become (it was here that she mysteriously slowed the aging process).
Her favourite teachers were serious about alignment and fun and that is what she tries to bring to every student that crosses her path.
Her love of dance started with K-Tel records and her mother disco dancing around the lounge.
Even when attending the RnB workshops at Dance Central it seems to turn a little disco. In her opinion, the best thing in yoga is get steady and strong, flexible and soften at the same time. Always bringing together opposites in harmony. To know where you are in space and to know where you are inside and make everything in your life a little sweeter.
