Learn how to hulahoop for fitness, dance and fun. A great way to tone
up the abs and discover your rhythm within the magical circle that is
the hoop. The ideal class for absolute beginners focusing on foundationa
l on and off body moves including the waist, hips, chest and hands.
This full body 2 hour workout includes warm-up, conditioning, stance,
saves, turns, moving the hoop up and down the body for booty hooping
and chest shimmying, lassos, weaves, an introduction to hoop dance
and warm down. No previous experience required. Hoops provided and
will be available to order or purchase on the day.
Cost: $35 – Prepayment essential to secure booking – One workshop only. Numbers strictly limited.
