Jazz
Class description
A high energy class where you can have lots of fun learning a variety of jazz dance styles. In this class we dance to a wide range of music from Pop to RnB, to Broadway to classic Old School tracks. Come and learn techniques such as how to kick, turn and jump, plus find your own groove and work on fitness at the same time! Classes include a warm up, some technique and a routine to put your new moves into practice.
What to wear
Stretchy clothes, tights, track pants, t-shirt. Footwear: Jazz shoes or sneakers, bring socks for the warm up.
Jazz Funk Hip-Hop
Class description
Step and groove to your favourite Hip-Hop and RnB artists. Learn moves performed by artists such as Usher, Justin, Omarion, Ciara, Michael Jackson and more. The class starts off with a strength and style building warm up, moving into a different dance routine each week. Expect a fresh style and a variety between smooth, lyrical routines to sharp, hard-hitting choreography. Always a friendly, positive energy. Come in, be inspired, get an awesome workout and learn some cool moves!
What to wear
Street gear that you can move easily in, must wear street/runners or dance shoes, also be prepared to sweat, so either wear layers or bring a change of clothes! Dress to express!
